Cognaloom is an offline-first AI ERP built for an Indian saree and apparel manufacturer-trader operating several firms. A Flutter tablet app runs on the shop floor, keeps working without internet and syncs when the connection returns. Purchase and job-worker bills are read from photos with on-device OCR plus AI, then checked in a side-by-side view against the original before anything is saved. Job-work challans and payments are tracked per worker. Every piece gets a unique serial barcode (USN) with label printing and price codes, and the stock room is monitored with five-band traffic-light ageing. Design costing, a production tracker and sales analytics sit alongside time-limited catalogue links that can be shared with clients. Tally stays the official books; Cognaloom cross-verifies against it rather than replacing it. The backend runs on Supabase with row-level security, with Cloudflare Workers handling the AI calls.
